My name is Sindhu Mandem. I have 15+ years of experience teaching globally. I started my career as a teacher in an international School in Italy. Upon observing the challenges and obstacles faced by IB students, I decided to offer private tutoring to give extra support in this challenging phase of their lives.

I offer both online and In-person tutoring, along with a dedicated team of IB alumni based in the Netherlands. Currently, I live in Maastricht, The Netherlands and provide support Internationally to students in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from India, and a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from Germany. My passion for teaching prompted me to pursue my teaching degree in the United States of America.

Over the past 15 years, Sindhu’s Academy has tutored over 2400 students to prepare them for success in varying stages of the IB Program.

Examination Based Coaching

Many times, students understand the material but may struggle during exams. Our Examination Based Coaching style focuses on breaking down the structure of exam-style questions and teaching students how to respond to unfamiliar questions in test conditions. This style of coaching helps students remain calm and use their knowledge base to solve even the most difficult exam questions.

Concept Based Coaching

A deeper understanding of a topic is necessary to truly excel in any subject. Our Concept Based Coaching style focuses on teaching student’s concepts in detail and providing them with real world exposure. With consistent examination and rigorous attention to detail, this style of teaching has proven very effective for our students.
